China's awareness and attention to soil pollution have increased year by year, and relevant government departments have introduced a series of policies and measures to strengthen soil pollution control and remediation efforts. The "14th Five-Year Plan" for soil, groundwater, and rural ecological environmental protection outlines key issues for soil remediation, strengthens market supervision, deepens the rule of law in pollution control, and promotes the stable development of the soil remediation industry. Guided by these policies, Qinhuangdao Hemiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has been committed to solving the problem of crop continuous cropping for twenty years, continuously overcoming difficulties in relevant technologies.
Qinhuangdao Hemiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is engaged in crop continuous cropping research, soil protection, soil remediation research and services, as well as product research and development, promotion, and sales, and was the first in the industry to raise the issue of crop continuous cropping.
Our research has found that crop continuous cropping has three harms: 1. Accumulation of crop autotoxic substances; 2. Year-on-year increase in harmful microorganisms; 3. Year-on-year decrease in preferred elements for crops. This leads to increased crop diseases and reduced yields. Our research indicates that soil health should have two standards: one is physicochemical indicators, and the other is microbial indicators. Currently, we have screened a variety of functional and targeted microbial strains, including those for improving saline-alkali land, composting straw, and treating wastewater. By using microbial agents, we can make the soil healthier, food safer, reduce fertilizer use while increasing yields, replace chemical pesticides, and achieve environmentally friendly green agriculture.
Today, Qinhuangdao Hemiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has jointly established multiple research platforms with domestic and international partners, establishing an Asian continuous cropping research base and a national soil analysis and pathogen detection center platform. With thousands of testing stations across China, a soil database preserving data for 20 years has been created, maximizing the preservation of original soil data. Through data detection, soil health is constantly monitored, and for problematic soils, the expert team provides timely diagnosis and targeted solutions using microbial agents, creating a friendly soil environment, ultimately achieving high yields and solving the problem of food security for the people from the root.
