The newly screened strains are preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection of the Committee on General Microbiology. According to the different characteristics of the strains, new functional products have been developed, and a number of invention patents have been obtained, including "A Bacillus subtilis J-5 and its bio-agent and application", "A Bacillus subtilis strain HM-1 and its microbial agent and application", "A Bacillus velezensis HM-3 and its application", and "A columnar granular microbial fertilizer with a double-layer structure".  In addition, many utility model patents have been obtained. Local standards such as "Technical Regulations for the Production of Amino Acid and Polypeptide Solutions Using Fox and Raccoon Carcasses" and group standards such as "Technical Regulations for the Production of Biofertilizers" have been formulated. For the first time, magnesium interlayer montmorillonite modified biochar composite material is used to adsorb Bacillus subtilis HM-1 and other beneficial bacteria and nutrients. The prepared biofertilizer has the functions of effectively preventing and controlling cucumber root-knot nematodes, improving soil physical and chemical properties, and promoting yield increase.
