Abstract:
This invention provides a Bacillus subtilis with the preservation number CGMCC No. 11750, and a microbial agent containing this Bacillus subtilis. It also provides the application of the Bacillus subtilis or microbial agent in the prevention and control of gray mold disease in fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries. The Bacillus subtilis with the preservation number CGMCC No. 11750 and the microbial agent containing this bacterium provided by this invention have a strong antagonistic effect on gray mold, are quick-acting, and have a long-lasting preventive effect. The Bacillus subtilis strain screened by this invention can be used to produce corresponding microbial agents. After the prepared microbial agent is applied to the field, the Bacillus subtilis can prevent and control the occurrence of gray mold disease in vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and strawberries, thereby reducing the use of chemical pesticides in fruit and vegetable production.
