Abstract:
This invention discloses a Bacillus subtilis strain HM-1, its microbial agent and its application. A microbial agent containing Bacillus subtilis strain HM-1 is prepared. The application of the microbial agent in preventing and controlling tomato gray mold, cucumber gray mold, strawberry gray mold and cabbage soft rot is also disclosed. The Bacillus subtilis strain HM-1 and the microbial agent containing this strain disclosed in this invention have a strong antagonistic effect on gray mold and Erwinia carotovora. After the prepared microbial agent is applied to the field, it can effectively prevent and control tomato gray mold, cucumber gray mold, strawberry gray mold and cabbage soft rot; it can replace chemical pesticides, thereby reducing the amount of chemical pesticides used in fruit and vegetable production.
